Extra Medium has three locations: Virginia Beach, Virginia (headquarters), Chicago, Illinois, and London, United Kingdom. We serve clients everywhere from those bases.
Because we are a small senior team rather than a network of offices, most engagements run remotely with deliberate in-person time: workshops, launches, shoots, events and the conversations that go better in a room. From Virginia Beach we are regularly on the ground across Hampton Roads, Richmond, Charlottesville, Roanoke, Washington DC, Raleigh, Charlotte and the Outer Banks.

Where is Extra Medium located?
Extra Medium is headquartered in Virginia Beach, Virginia, with presence in Chicago, Illinois and London, United Kingdom.
Does Extra Medium work with companies outside Virginia?
Yes. Most engagements run remotely with clients across the United States and the United Kingdom, with in-person time for workshops, launches, production and events. From Virginia Beach we regularly serve Richmond, Charlottesville, Roanoke, Washington DC, Raleigh, Charlotte and the Outer Banks in person.
Do you have offices in every city you serve?
No, and we would rather say so than invent them. We have three locations and a small senior team that travels. What you get is the studio’s principal and practice wherever you are, not a local account manager.
Do you serve UK clients?
Yes. We have a London location, our founder is in the UK regularly, and we currently serve UK clients including a medical device manufacturer.
